Kelsi Jones led West Hall with 17 kills and 14 aces in the Lady Spartans’ first sweep of the season, defeating Madison County (25-9, 25-15) and Cedar Shoals (25-16, 25-14) on Thursday in Oakwood. Alli Busbee added 21 assists for West Hall (6-10, 1-2 Area 5-AAA), and Kendall Courson contributed to the pair of wins with strong play. The Lady Spartans play host to St. Pius X on Tuesday in Oakwood.
