Although most gyms in Hall County are closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Planet Fitness doesn’t have plans of stopping its workouts.
The fitness company is bringing its gym to people’s homes via Facebook Live.
The 20-minute workouts are streamed on each location’s Facebook pages

The classes will be led by Planet Fitness trainers and a couple of “surprise celebrity guests,” according to the Gainesville location’s Facebook page. No equipment is needed for the online workouts.
“Physical and mental health is extremely important, especially during stressful and uncertain times,” Chris Rondeau, CEO of Planet Fitness, stated in a message on the company’s website. “While we will miss seeing you in the club for the time-being, we are still here to motivate and support you along your fitness journey.”
Planet Fitness corporate stores are temporarily closed until March 31.
