Hall sheriff breaks silence on Flock misuse scandal
With seven Hall County Sheriff’s Office employees now fired or resigned over alleged misuse of Flock cameras, Sheriff Gerald Couch broke his public silence Friday, saying both law enforcement and Flock Safety had failed and announcing new restrictions on the system.
