What happens in Vegas doesn’t always have to stay in Vegas. Sometimes it makes its way closer to home. The Arts Council will hold its first Red Carpet Gala Casino Night fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at The Smithgall Arts Center, 331 Spring St. The event includes Las Vegas-style casino games with live dealers, cabaret performances, gourmet foods and drinks, live and silent auctions, a raffle and prizes.
