Three Red Elephants scored in double figures Monday night in a 76-52 Gainesville win over Daphne High School in Alabama. Freshman Bailey Minor led the team with 14 points, Sam Carpenter added 12, and Buford transfer D’Marcus Simonds had 11 points in Gainesville’s first win of the season. The score was 41-25 at halftime.
