The owner of Ashton Senior Living in Gainesville is proposing to build 15 townhome cottages near the property. The townhomes would be rented and offer residents a variety of services from the senior living facility. The proposal by The 5 MC’S LLC would require rezoning about 5.2 acres at the corner of Enota Avenue and Yonah Drive to planned unit development. It goes before the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board on Oct. 10.
