The Luna’s Tuesday golf group played this week at the Woodlands course at Chateau Elan.

The game was won by the team of Stan Davidson Jr, Nelson Wright, Bobby Holcomb and Cleve Brown. Second place went to the team of Rob Emerson, Richard Strickland, Tom Sexton, and Don Rogers. Third place finished in a tie between the team of Donnie W. Smith, Sam McGee, Anthony Barrett, and Don Smallwood and the team of Michael Gordy, Randy Gordy, Larry Miller, and Doug Van.

Closest to the pin winners were Barrett (No. 2), Michael Gordy (No. 6), Davidson (No. 17) and Bud Chandler (No. 13).

The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association played a two best ball net points game on Wednesday at Chattahoochee Golf Course.

The team of Paul Payne, Doug Van, Eddie Johnson and John T. Smith won the game. Second place went to the team of Buzz Hansen, Bud Clegg, Greg Taira and Johnny Little. Third place went to the team of John Gibbs, Warren Jahn, Jimmy Johnson and Jere Cochran. Fourth place ended in a tie between the team of Don Sorrell, Bill Ingram, Bob Layne and Tony Denote and the team of Dick Bachman, Larry Cohan, Ron Hopley and Wayne Nelson.

Closest to the pin winners were Denote (No. 3), Taira (No. 5), Sorrell (No. 12) and Jahn (No. 17).
