Outlook: Riverside, which is riding a two-game winning streak, comes into tonight’s game with a 2-0 region record following another strong performance by the Eagles’ defense in last week’s win against John Milledge.

According to Riverside coach Chris Lancaster, the defense played great, only allowing one long play that broke for a touchdown.

Riverside’s defense is led by defensive tackle Colton Keig, defense end Joe Heath and linebacker Diego Osegueda-Weiner.

Central Fellowship quarterback Mark Apple leads the Lancer offense.

Apple, who leads the Macon area in passing yards, has accumulated 1,641 yards and eight touchdowns.

Prediction: RIVERSIDE. With their defense catching up to the offense, the Eagles should win this one.
