Johnson High School boys basketball coach Tim Slater will not be returning next season. Athletic Director Jonathan Edwards announced Tuesday in a Hall County Schools news release that Slater resigned from his teaching and coaching position at the school to accept another position in a different district. Also in the release, Edwards went on to thank Slater for his contributions to the program and wished him and his family the best in the future.
