Preston Graham threw a no-hitter to lead the North Hall baseball team to a 12-0 five-inning win over West Hall on Friday at North Hall High. Graham threw all five innings, recording four strike outs, while driving in two runs at the plate for the Trojans (3-1, 2-0 Region 8-AAA).

Whit Bowen, Jesse Strickland and Wade Phillips each had two hits for North Hall, with Strickland, Andrew Smith and Mason Savage each adding two RBIs. Phillips, Smith and Savage each recorded a triple for the Trojans, who face Lanier at 5:55 p.m. Monday.

FRANKLIN COUNTY 11, JOHNSON 1: Logan Pethel, Taylor Whitmire, Chris White, A.J. Benefield and Jordan Green each had one hit in the loss Friday in Gainesville. White struck out seven on the mound for Johnson (2-2, 1-1 Region 8-AAA), which hosts White County at 5:55 p.m. Monday.

Merly Valasquez, Roberto Nunez and Carlos Sanchez each added a goal and an assist, while Ricardo Gomez recorded two assists for Gainesville (4-2, 2-1 Region 8-AAA). The Red Elephants face Lumpkin County at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Park.

GAINESVILLE GIRLS 1, FRANKLIN COUNTY 0 (PK): Sidney Morrow converted the winning penalty kick to give the Lady Red Elephants the win Friday at Franklin County. Goalkeeper Hong Tran saved two penalty kicks to secure the win for Gainesville (4-2, 2-1 Area 8-AAA), which faces Lumpkin County at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Park.
