GAME NOTES: The last four games between these two teams have ended in penalty kick shootouts. East Hall fell to eventual state runners-up Calhoun in last year’s quarterfinals, while Dawson County fell to Decatur in last year’s quarterfinals.

GAME NOTES: East Hall squeaked into the playoffs after Fannin County defeated Banks County 3-2 in a penalty kick shootout Monday. The Lady Vikings needed to either beat Dawson County, or see Fannin win, in order to earn their second straight playoff berth. Regardless of tonight's result, East Hall has already locked up the No. 4 seed in the playoffs. 

Dawson County will be the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, with Lumpkin County, Fannin County and East Hall in the final three spots.
