Greater Atlanta Christian rallied from 11-points down and held off a late East Hall rally to win 65-52 in the quarterfinals of the Class AA state tournament on Friday at the Northwest Georgia Trade Center in Dalton.

The Vikings were led by J.C. Hampton, who scored 20 points (5-of-8 from 3-point range) before fouling out late in the fourth quarter.

GAC was led by Malcolm Brogdon, who had a game-high 33 points and 19 rebounds.
