KENNESAW — Dawson County’s Madison Caldwell shot a 7-over 79 in U.S. Women’s Amateur Qualifying held at Pinetree Country Club on Tuesday. Caldwell finished five shots behind the five players who accounted for the final three of 10 qualifying spots in the Amateur and the two alternates. Ashley Holder of Orlando, Fla., and Mercedes Huarte of Argentina paced the qualifier as each shot 3-under 69.
