Tech softball's Rudnik named ACC Player of the Week

Georgia Tech catcher and third baseman Alysha Rudnik was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday. Rudnik, a graduate of Buford High, led Georgia Tech to a 3-1 record last week, including a 2-1 record in conference play. She posted a .750 (9-for-12) batting average, seven runs, three doubles and a home run.
