ATLANTA — Georgia Tech will open its 2013 schedule at home against Elon on Aug. 31 in the first of seven home games. The 2013 schedule released on Monday includes home games against Atlantic Coast Conference newcomers Pittsburgh and Syracuse. Syracuse makes its first visit to Georgia Tech on Oct. 19.
