Lady Bulldogs back in AP Top 25
Georgia defeated two ranked opponent in last 7 days

The University of Georgia women’s basketball team is ranked No. 24 in the latest Associated Press poll, released Monday.

The Lady Bulldogs (14-3, 4-0 SEC) are in the midst of a five-game winning streak that includes wins at No. 10 Kentucky last Sunday and at No. 20 Arkansas last Thursday.

The victory over Arkansas was the 800th in the history of the program, making Georgia just the 10th Division-I women’s basketball program to reach the milestone.

Georgia travels to Alabama to face the Crimson Tide at 9 p.m. Thursday.
