Elizabeth Williams, former standout point guard at North Hall High School, set a the single-game assist record for LaGrange College on February 14 in the Lady Panthers’ big win over Salem College, 109-57.
Williams, who was named the Great South Atlantic Conference Freshman of the Year last season, had 11 assists to account for half of the Lady Panthers’ 22.
LaGrange (17-7, 11-2) clinched a No. 2 seed going into the conference tournament.
