The Lanier Canoe & Kayak Club had seven competitors earn top finishes on the final day of the US Canoe & Kayak Flatwater National Team Trials on Sunday at the Lake Lanier Olympic Park. Nik Miller spearheaded the team’s effort, placing first in the Para Men’s K1 (one-person kayak) 200-meter race with a time of 46.57 seconds. He also took second in the Senior Men’s K1 200-meter B race (45.73).
