Josh Armour wins championship at Chicopee Woods golf course
Winner shot a first-round 68 in two-day event

After a first-round 68, Josh Armour finished the weekend with a round of 72 to win the two-day Chicopee Woods Championship on Sunday. Jameson Foote took second place. Rounding out the top five were Randy Sizemore (148), Jim Foote and Scotty Scott.

In the blue flight, current super senior champion Walter Hope earned top honors, followed by Keith Morris and Rob Packer who were tied for second. Dean Leach was fourth and Brian Pope finished fifth.

Tommy Calhoun won the first white flight, after shooting an opening-round 71. Art Krudener was second, Ron Melin took third and Joe Roberts was fourth. In the second white flight, Tom Matyas beat out Steve Hollis, Tommy Tolbert, Dave Jetter, Simmie Miller, Jim Sundin and Wendell Turner.
