The seventh annual Clermont Cupcake Challenge 5K and 1K road races are Saturday prior to the Clermont Days Festival. The one-kilometer fun run starts at 7:45 a.m. The 5K race starts at 8 a.m. The race this year starts at WR Strickland & Sons Funeral Home at 260 Main Street, Clermont and goes through parts of historic Clermont. Complete the race and receive a delicious cupcake from Southern Sweets & Treats.
