The Piedmont College volleyball team dropped a 3-2 decision to Oglethorpe University on Wednesday in North Atlanta 16-25, 23-25, 25-21, 25-22 and 15-6. Jennifer Opper led Piedmont (3-2) with eight kills, while Paige Eslinger posted a team-high 20 digs to lead the way defensively. Piedmont plays host to a tri-match against Judson College and Spelman College on Saturday in Demorest.
