North Georgia College’s Melissa Dickie, a Buford native, earned Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Year honors at the 2012 softball awards banquet on Friday. She was also named second-team All-Conference. Hilary Cox, Pilar Harden Karlie Gillam and Jessica Coan were named first-team All-Conference.
