Brenau senior volleyball player Karen Green has been named Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 19-26 by the Southern States Athletic Conference on Tuesday.

Green is the first player in Golden Tigers’ program history to receive the honor. Green led the Golden Tigers (20-7, 3-5 SSAC) to a 5-0 record for the week with 98 kills, 68 receptions, 51 digs and 18 blocks. Brenau faces Faulkner University at 7 p.m. Thursday.
