The Brenau University tennis team placed four players in the finals at the Blue/Gray Invitational at Auburn University-Montgomery in Montgomery, Ala.

In doubles competition, Brenau’s Lyn See Choo and Kate Mazackova defeated a pair from Kennesaw State in the finals, 8-2. See Choo and Mazackova reached the finals with a win against a pair from Auburn-Montgomery. The Golden Tigers double pair of Jolene Wong and Eline Nagels lost in the finals to Auburn Montgomery’s Sienkob/Byrd by the score of 8-1.

See Choo lost advanced to the finals of her singles flight. In the finals, she fell 6-/6-4 to No. 1 seeded Katie Welch from South Alabama. Mazackova advanced to the finals to face NAIA All-American Tereza Veverkova from Auburn-Montgomery.

Brenau travels to the Central Alabama Invitational on Oct. 9-10 in Alexander City, Ala.
