ATLANTA — Gerald Green and James Ennis each scored 19 points and the Miami Heat beat the Atlanta Hawks 101-92 in a preseason game Sunday night. Chris Bosh had 14 points for Miami, which improved to 3-3 in preseason. Bosh and fellow starters Dwyane Wade and Luol Deng were held out in the second half.
