Atlanta Falcons’ wide receiver Julio Jones has been named NFL Rookie of the Month for December. Jones caught 24 passes for 461 yards and six touchdowns in the final five games of the regular season.

The rookie out of Alabama caught eight touchdowns this season, six of which came in the final four games of the season. Jones posted the best season by a Falcons rookie receiver after notching 54 receptions for 959 yards and eight touchdowns.

He recorded more yards and touchdowns than any Falcons rookie.
