George Walton Academy kept Riverside Military Academy winless with a 42-6 win Friday in Monroe.

The Eagles held George Walton to only six points in the first quarter before going down by 22 at the half .

Adrian Humphrey recovered a fumble in the end zone to give the Eagles their first points since the first week of the season.

Riverside’s Reginald Mitchell had 11 carries for 36 yards, and Benjamin Hughes carried the ball five times for 31 yards.

The Eagles (0-5, 0-1 Region 8-A) will celebrate homecoming versus Social Circle at 7:30 on Friday.
