Avonte Gober led Lakeview Academy with three touchdowns in the Lions’ first victory of the season, a 42-0 win over Cross Keys on Friday at Jock Hornor Field in Gainesville.

Wake Chambers also recorded an interception for Lakeview Academy (1-5), and Drake Hollander added a touchdown. David Abee completed a touchdown pass to J.B. Britte, and Jackson Strickland rushed for 160 yards and two scores.

The Lions play host to St. Francis next Friday in Gainesville.
