A woman killed in a fire Thursday evening off Browns Bridge Road was identified today as Denise Salazar, 48, Deputy Coroner Rob Rogers said. Hall County Fire Marshal Capt. Scott Cagle said the woman was found in a basement apartment of a home in the 1600 block of Lyman Drive. The call came in about 5:38 p.m. and Gainesville firefighters responded first, entering the home, knocking down the fire and finding the victim inside, Cagle said.
