Republican incumbent Jeff Stowe earned the Republican nomination to reclaim his Hall County Board of Commissioners District 4 seat in Tuesday's primary. Stowe earned 54 percent of the vote to defeat challenger Troy Phillips. He will face Democrat Angela Middleton in the November general election.
