A state educational program designed to increase access to higher education is expanding to 25 new school systems, including Gainesville and Hall County, and launching a pilot program for foster children. The Georgia Student Finance Commission and Gov. Nathan Deal on Thursday announced the Realizing Educational Achievement Can Happen program expansion.
