State outlaws synthetic marijuana, which carries potential dangers

Many use the narcotic because it is convenient, easy to buy

Synthetic marijuana is illegal in Georgia — again. Last week, Gov. Nathan Deal signed into law a bill outlawing “all forms of synthetic marijuana.”
