North Hall County resident Debra Hunsucker is convinced that dogs are the key to allowing her to keep her home. Two years ago, Hunsucker’s husband died unexpectedly of a heart attack. A combination of economic conditions and some financial planning missteps left the 50-year-old mother of two teenagers in financial distress, she explained.
