A suspicious incident at a gas station Tuesday led to gun and drug charges. Deputies investigating an incident at Athens Highway and Roy Parks Road discovered a man was concealing a handgun, said Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks. After a struggle, a deputy gained control of the gun until backup units arrived.
