A Flowery Branch man accused of accepting payment for tree removal work without finishing the job has been arrested in Hall County. Andrew Mosley, 22, was wanted for 14 counts of theft by conversion, one of them being a felony-level charge, by Gwinnett County Police. He was arrested Thursday and released later the same day.
