Expect traffic delays today on Ga. 53/Dawsonville Highway as filming for a movie, “Goosebumps,” starring Jack Black, takes place in Hall, Forsyth and Jackson counties. But if you’re planning to head to the area instead of avoiding it, take note that “none of the principal actors are going to be there,” said Hall County Camera Ready Liaison Stacey Dickson. “There won’t be celebrity sightings,” she said, noting Black has filmed in locations around Georgia for the movie.
