Murder charges against three men in an alleged drive-by shooting at Orchard Brook Apartments off McEver Road have been forwarded to Hall County Superior Court. Magistrate Court Judge Tracy Loggins also ordered gang-related charges be sent during a preliminary hearing Friday morning. “It appears that each of the defendants was in the vehicle, admitted going to Orchard Brook and going to the aid of an associate gang member,” Loggins said in her ruling.
