A Gainesville man was arrested and charged with rape after an alleged act at a Hall County park. Frank Fielden King, 60, was arrested on Friday by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. He has been charged with rape, two counts of misdemeanor sexual battery and two counts of aggravated sodomy.
