Gainesville High student takes first at state FCCLA competition

Molly McCleod of Gainesville High School earned a first-place medal at the 2018 Family, Career and Community Leaders of America State Conference March 9-11 in Atlanta.

Her winning project was her Cable Table exhibit in the category of Recycle and Design. Molly earned an invitation to compete in the 2018 FCCLA National Competition in June.

The Gainesville High FCCLA Chapter was awarded Honor Roll status at the State Conference for its effective program implementation and community service efforts for the 2017-18 school year.
