A Flowery Branch man pleaded not guilty Wednesday morning to several counts of sexual exploitation of children.
Glenn Douglas Berry, 45, was charged Aug. 5 with 368 counts of child pornography.
Berry was indicted Oct. 13 on 26 counts of possessing child pornography, as well as one count each of marijuana possession and manufacture of marijuana.
According to the indictment, Berry possessed computer files containing movies and photos of boys and girls involved in sexually explicit acts.
Berry's attorney, Dan Summer, declined to comment on the future of the case, but said "we are still going to be working out a plea in the case."
"We're just letting the system take its course and we will deal with it when it comes up," Summer said.
Among the images Berry is accused of having are those of men involved in sexual activities with infants, as well as images of a nude minor blindfolded and restrained on top of a table.
In early August, investigators conducted a search warrant at his home in the 5100 block of Sable Court and seized numerous video tapes, CDs, DVDs and hard drives, Lt. Scott Ware of the narcotics squad said after Berry's arrest.
During the search, investigators also found eight growing marijuana plants and processed marijuana with a street value of about $16,000, Ware said.
Berry remains in the Hall County Jail without bond.
