A Sunday night fire caused damage to a 2,500-square-foot home in South Hall.
No injuries were reported in the blaze as no residents were home at the time of the fire, said Hall County Fire Services Capt. Zachary Brackett.
Heavy black smoke was coming from the attic when fire crews arrived, Brackett said.
“An aggressive interior attack, coupled with roof ventilation, was utilized to extinguish the fire,” Brackett wrote in an email.
The fire’s cause isn’t yet known, authorities said.
The home is located east of Radford Road in the 5600 block of McEver Road.
