The key to living drug-free is being strong, creative, independent and yourself, according to the winning video in a substance abuse prevention contest. For the second year, the Drug Free Coalition of Hall County challenged students to create videos with drug-free messages. On Tuesday night, the coalition awarded first- and second-place winners at the Red Carpet Award Ceremony at the University of North Georgia’s Gainesville campus.
