The Braselton Town Council heard during Thursday’s work session from one man who said using the Braselton-Stover House as a funeral home was not a good use of the historical home. Jack Frost, owner of Memorial Park Funeral Homes and Cemeteries, has a contract on the property owned by Marvin and Mary Stover. He is seeking a rezoning to general commercial from residential and a special-use permit to allow a funeral home in the house to complement the special events facility which was constructed behind the home of one of the town’s founders.
