An 18-year-old Gainesville man is charged with sexual exploitation of a child after authorities say he made and distributed a video of himself and a 16-year-old girl “engaging in sexual activity” that was consensual. Salvador Godoy-Mojica made and distributed the video between October and November, Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware said in a news release. “Salvador, who was himself a minor at the time of the alleged offense, staunchly maintains his innocence,” his attorney Stephen Reba wrote in an email.
