Kirkley Ann Griffeth and Brian Hampton Jock were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Dec. 10, 2011, at First Presbyterian Church in Gainesville. The bride is the daughter of Barbara Kelley Griffeth and Jack Thurmon Griffeth of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Patti Lee Jock of Wilmington, N.C., and Frank William Jock of Madison, Ala.

The Rev. Dr. Sue Kirkley Arledge and the Rev. Shon Nelson Peppers performed the ceremony. Pianists Michael Henry and Haley Jock; vocalists Will Griffeth, Mike Weaver, Aswell Banda, Neal Booth, Ingrid Cole, Cathy Finch, Jackson Griffeth, Al and Sue Hanson, Jay Hollander and Haley Jock; organist Beth Hunter, guitarist Mike Weaver and flutist Jacline Griffeth presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's friend Katherine Weaver Hall of Athens was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's friends Marian Michael Mozingo of Concord, N.C., Katie Marie Koerton, Kayla Teahna Smith both of Atlanta, Haley Elizabeth Bower, Catharan Coker Smiley, Gina Intorsia Blakely all of Gainesville, Tracy Catherine Bialis of San Fransisco, Calif., grooms's sister Melanie Leanne Jock of Wilmington, N.C., and bride's cousin Jacline Valerie Griffeth of Jefferson.

The groom's brother Lee William Jock of Wilmington, N.C., was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom's friends Barry William Rutherford, John David Burrell, both of Atlanta, Walker Jackson Horne, Christopher Phillips Wade, both of Newnan, Ga., Scotty Ryan Hall, Jack Wesley Cook, both of Athens, and the bride's brothers Will Dickson Griffeth and Jackson Kelley Griffeth both of Gainesville.

Dawn Fulenwider and Martha Hodge were the wedding coordinators. Lynne Plummer and Palmer Ramsey coordinated flowers.

The bride wore her grandmother's wedding gown.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Griffeth Barn in Gainesville on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at the home of the bride in Gainesville following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple reside in Sandy Springs.
