Donny and Donna Farmer Loggins of Lula announce the engagement of their daughter Samantha Faye Loggins to Justin Peter Hughes, son of Pete and Rhonda Haynes Hughes of Cornelia.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Vernon and Helen Farmer of Cleveland and Duane and Altha Loggins of Lula.

She is a 2005 graduate of White County High School in Cleveland. She graduated in 2009 from Lanier Technical College in Gainesville with a degree as a certified medical assistant. She is employed with Longstreet Orthopaedic Clinic in Gainesville as a medical assistant.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Gordon and Betty Haynes and the late Robert and Julie Hughes.

He is a 2004 graduate of Habersham Central High School in Mount Airy. He attended North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville. He is a self-employed telecommunications installations manager in Cornelia.

The couple plan to wed Sept. 25, 2010, at The Densmore Farm in Cleveland.
