The Dawson Community Chorale and the North Georgia College & State University Orchestra will present “Gloria” by Antonio Vivaldi at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Dawsonville First Baptist Church. Leslie Kupkowski, president of the Dawson Community Chorale, said the performance will be a great way to get people warmed up for the holiday season. She said the “Gloria” is a well-known and well-loved masterpiece and though it isn’t necessarily a seasonal tune, it is very popular during the holiday season.
