Prep scoreboard: North Hall girls shut out Johnson

Tess Patton scored two goals and had three assists in the Lady Trojans’ 5-0 win over Johnson Wednesday night in Gainesville.

Bradee Hall and Laura Lane also scored goals for North Hall (2-0-1).

The Lady Knights (2-2) managed only three shots on goal.

North Hall travels to Athens Academy at 5:30 p.m. Friday. Johnson plays host to North Oconee at 7 p.m. Friday.

Flowery Branch girls 1
West Hall 0

Kait Erhard scored off a corner kick pass from Brittney Fleeman for the Lady Falcons (3-2). Torey McDowell recorded the shutout in goal.

Flowery Branch plays host to Gainesville at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The Spartans (2-2-1) travel to Dawson County tonight at 7:30 p.m.

Chestatee boys 4
East Hall 1

Kevin Stradley scored two goals for the War Eagles (2-1) in their win over East Hall Wednesday night in Gainesville.

Chestatee’s Clemente Medina scored a goal 30 seconds after Stradley’s first goal in the 46th minute. Jimmy Hatch also scored one goal for the War Eagles.

Rudy Martinez scored the lone goal for the Vikings (4-2).

Chestatee plays host to Alcovy at 6 p.m. Friday. East Hall plays host to Social Circle tomorrow at 5 p.m.

Johnson boys 2
North Hall 1

Franky Zuniga and Vicente Trujillo each scored for The Knights (3-2) in their win over North Hall Wednesday night in Gainesville.

Johnson travels to Lumpkin County at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The Trojans travel to Athens Academy at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Maddie Haymore, Jillie Pascual and Bay Nixon played well on defense for the Lions (0-2) in their loss to Winder-Barrow Wednesday night in Winder.

Lakeview plays host to Towns County at 5 p.m. on Friday.

Austin White scored the lone goal for the Lions in their season opening loss against Winder-Barrow Wednesday night in Winder.

The game was tied 1-1 until the last 25 minutes when the Bulldoggs scored three goals to seal the win.

Lakeview Academy’s James Bagwell made seven saves in goal.

The Lions play host to Towns County at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
