Rising North Hall High senior golfer Bartley Forrester closed the Georgia Junior Amateur Championship with a final-round five-under par (67) and earned ninth place overall with a three-day total of 1-over par (217) Wednesday at the Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro. The back-to-back Hall County champion racked up six birdies during the final round and finished six shots back of winner Brandon Cho, a 15-year-old from Suwanee. Forrester started his final round at 7 over par after rounds of 74 and 76 to open play this week.
