WHITE COUNTY 11, WEST HALL 0: David Sosebee (3-0) threw a complete-game, five-inning shutout, while Hayden Cummins went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a double in the win Friday in Cleveland.

Alec Ruppenthal went 5-for-5 with a home run, four runs scored and two RBIs to lead Riverside (1-11, 1-6 Region 8-A), while Mason Pope added a home run and two RBIs on 2-for-3 hitting. Angernee Seymour went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Jacob Harrison earned the win on the mound, throwing a complete game with eight strikeouts. The Eagles play Towns County at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in Hiawasse.
BUFORD 18, AVONDALE 1: Avery Levuz threw a three-inning complete game with six strikeouts and no walks in the win Friday in Atlanta. Levuz also went 2-for-2 with two RBIs for Buford (8-1, 2-0 Region 6-AA), while Kyler Berrett (2-for-2) added a home run, double and two RBIs. Adam Hampton went 3-for-3 for the Wolves, who host Therrell at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
JACKSON COUNTY 10, OGLETHORPE COUNTY 6: The Panthers scored four runs in the top of the eighth inning to break the tie, and Austin Robinson closed out the bottom half to give them the win Friday in Lexington.
